Go4Life Month officially begins tomorrow and will last throughout September! Use Go4Life Month as a chance to Get Ready! Get Moving! Go4Life! Each week has a focus to help you be more active now and all year round.

  • Week One: Get ready with Go4Life!
  • Week Two: Get moving! Do all 4 types of exercise.
  • Week Three: Stay on track to Go4Life!
  • Week Four: Go4Life throughout the year!

SAVE THE DATE! Tune in to our Facebook Live fitness demonstration on Sept. 13 at 2:00 pm EST. Get tips from a fitness trainer on how to do the exercises safely and make them more challenging. Hear first-hand accounts from older adults about the many ways these exercises can make a real difference in everyday life as we age.
