Go4Life Month may be coming to an end, but that doesn't mean you can't keep up the exercise! To make physical activity part of your routine, choose activities and exercises that are fun, motivate you, and keep you interested.

  • Keep it going—Stick with an exercise routine and choose activities that you enjoy.
  • Keep it positive—Set realistic goals, regularly check your progress, and celebrate your accomplishments.
  • Keep your eye on the prize—Focus on the benefits of regular exercise and physical activity.
  • Keep track of your progress—Find easy-to-use progress trackers from the Go4Life website to track your physical activity.

Go4Life Month is coming to an end, but you can always visit the Go4Life website to find ways to stay fit and move more throughout the year!
