Move More for Go4Life Month!

Help us kick off the 3nd annual Go4Life Month! This year, the theme is Move More with Go4Life. The goal is to help older adults move a little more, work a little harder, and try all 4 types of exercise. Each week, we invite you to focus on one of the four exercise types recommended for older adults:

Week One: Endurance

Week Two: Strength

Week Three: Balance

Week Four: Flexibility
