Set your exercise goals for 2017.

Go 4 Life

How do you get motivated to start exercising and keep it up?

Setting exercise goals for yourself can help you make physical activity part of your everyday life. Writing down your goals and keeping them where you can see them can help you stay motivated over time.

Start by setting short term goals. What will you do over the next week or two to help you incorporate regular exercise into your routine? Next, set long term goals. Focus on where you want to be in 6 months or 2 years.

Setting short and long term goals is a great way to monitor your progress and celebrate your success!
